Digital Marketing
In my time as the Operations Manager for the Dorger McCarthy group, I implemented an entirely new marketing strategy. My strategy included a 36-touch marketing calendar, cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, paid social media advertising, and website updates and maintenance to maintain brand awareness.

From event marketing campaigns and monthly market update emails to introducing a new quarterly newsletter, email campaign design, automation and strategy is something I became well versed in throughout my time with the Dorger McCarthy group.
GIFs quickly became one of my favorite things to create for the Dorger McCarthy group. My foray into GIF creation began with designing customized logo GIFs to include in email campaigns, event marketing, and social media posts. Initially more of a personal passion project, the custom-themed logos consistently received positive reactions from clients, so I kept making them for each new campaign. With practice, I was able to get more complex and detailed with my designs and broadened our use of them to more than just logos by creating custom map GIFs to add a visual component to the stats section of our quarterly newsletter.
When I joined the Dorger McCarthy group in 2017, they had limited social media exposure and engagement. When I started managing the team's social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, my main goals were to increase engagement and create and maintain the brand identity. Over the years, I have developed social media content calendars, designed posts, generated paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and implemented new strategies to elevate the team's brand awareness and engagement.
I have slowly built up my web design skills and coding knowledge through self-education and practice. I began with website maintenance -- adding new pages, testimonials, and later, blog posts -- for the Dorger McCarthy group's first website on Placester and their current website on Keller Williams' KW IDX platform. Then I advanced my knowledge by creating my personal website -- the first phase of the site you are currently browsing. In early 2022 I did a deep dive into further customizing the site to match my branding and personality to ensure my portfolio is as well-rounded and authentic as I am.
